In Preference menu, added tab fro creating multiple user profiles.
In Repository Configure menu, added drop down menu for selecting a user.
Better spacing and better naming.

Implemented switching between profiles like suggested in #911.
First, you set up user profiles in Preferences menu.
Then you can select a profile from the Repository Configure menu. Changes are stored in local config (git config --local).
By default, global user settings, set in Preferences -> Git are used.
