test(cli): cover parser and help contract gaps

• Consolidate remaining parser/help gap tests from overlapping draft PRs.
• Cover CORS validation, event remove help, rm purge, and noun-first object parser aliases.
• Preserve focused coverage while removing stale duplicate branches.
