feat(content-libraries): include version numbers in history entries

Description

This PR adds version metadata to content library history entry responses.

• Added old_version and new_version to LibraryHistoryEntry and its serializer.
• Populated these fields in block and container history APIs (draft history, publish history entries, and creation entry).
• Preserved delete semantics by allowing new_version to be null for soft-deletes.

Impact

• Role impact: Course Author (history API consumers in Studio).
