Update mint score docs for new scoring engine

Summary

The mint score command now uses a new scoring engine that returns a letter grade (A–F) alongside the overall score, and the underlying set of checks is determined by that engine rather than a fixed, hard-coded list.

Changes

• Replaced the table of specific check IDs in cli/commands.mdx with a higher-level table of evaluation areas (llms.txt, llms-full.txt, skill.md, content negotiation, MCP, API specs, crawler access, structured data, response latency).
• Noted that mint score now surfaces a letter grade in addition to the numeric score.
• Updated the dependent-check note to reflect the new engine's behavior.
