- skip CI when only docs/markdown change (paths-ignore + branch glob)
- PRs run lowest+highest PHP only; pushes to main/[0-9]+.[0-9]+ run full matrix
- shard the main behat job 4 ways; coverage runs on (8.5, shard 1) only
