After running the audit-fix script and some manual vite updates, this is the vulnerability summary from audit:

  examples/elm: 1 vulnerabilities (1 moderate)
  examples/gatsbyjs: 26 vulnerabilities (13 high, 13 moderate)
  examples/laravel: 7 vulnerabilities (1 high, 6 low)
  examples/react: 3 vulnerabilities (3 moderate)
  examples/salesforce: 10 vulnerabilities (10 low)
  examples/typescript: 1 vulnerabilities (1 moderate)
  examples/webpack: 1 vulnerabilities (1 moderate)

We should consider removing the GatsbyJS example, since it seems to be abandoned by now.
