Description
assembling, turning the ship then disassembling will give you a different peripheral ID if your modem is connected to any of its horizontal sides, rotating the ship to its original position will restore original ID.
attaching the modem on the top or the bottom of the peripheral avoids this, since you cant really turn up or down.
Disassembling the contraption that has a modem or a wire in it will make the modem and wire turn towards the orientation they were when it was assembled.
Wire bug is visual, sided modem is very much not visual, forcing to use the full block modem.
This likely means that any CC:tweaked feature that involves "Back, top, right, left" and etc are also broken.
SCREENSHOTS IN THE COLLAPSE MENU
Details
Before turning, disassembled
Turning the ship 90 degrees on its vertical axis, then disassembling again.
