Loader animation to show which branches / diffs an agent is working on

This reminds me of how the Codex CLI shows some sort of indication to make clear something is happening even though nothing is truly visible. And maybe GitButler could trivially do the same by showing some sort of animated icon in the Lane that is currently worked in by an agent.
Of course there's also details to consider, for instance, when the lane is invisible on screen, where would that activity-icon be? And maybe there should be some sort of general concept of long-running tasks or agent activities, something we also haven't quite figured out yet. But maybe we have, in any case, CC @PavelLaptev .

For codegen, we can detect if the agent is working on the lane, and we’re already displaying a spinner icon there:

This whole discussion is a bit under-specified, but I thought it's a good hint at finding ways to tell users when 'something' is currently going on. Agents are just another form of long-running operation.
